O's eclectic menu ranges from flawlessly prepared favorites - including Oysters Rockefeller, a Classic Wedge Salad, Maryland Style Crab Cakes and 36-Day Dry-Aged Cowboy Steak with truffle fries - to Southwestern staples, like New Mexican Pork Green Chile, Chipotle Shrimp and Southwest Smoked Chicken.

Located inside The Westin Westminster, O's is led by our talented and passionate Executive Chef Patrick Hartnett. Chef Hartnett focuses on the sublime details of selecting the freshest ingredients possible to complement each other and create taste sensations that will live long in your memory. Classically trained, Chef Hartnett's culinary style ranges from New World to the American Southwest, with influences from Europe, Mexico and the Caribbean. Chef Hartnett's menu changes seasonally as he believes using locally sourced ingredients as the main flavor component in his dishes. His favorite ingredients can be found scattered throughout O's menu, including fresh herbs grown on the O's patio, poblano peppers, mangos, jalapenos and limes.

O's inviting patio is the perfect spot to relax next to our outdoor fire pits and indulge in a frosty Colorado microbrew while enjoying a rejuvenating Colorado sunset.
